The Heartrose Care Club is a school based emotional wellness initiative dedicated to promoting mental health awareness and providing support to students. it was founded in response to the growing need for emotional care and support among students recognizing the impact of mental health on academic performance and social well-being.
Heartrose is an initiative of Heartrose Care foundation under the umbrella of Heartrose Leadership Academy .
Mission: To Create a safe and supportive school space system where we can promote and restore emotional health through education and therapeutic supports.
Vision: To cultivate a culture of emotional Wellness in schools.
ENGAGING ACTIVITIES
Discussion and Sharing Activities
- Check-in Circles: Start each meeting with a check-in circle where everyone shares their current mood or a brief highlight of their day.
- Topic Discussions: Facilitate discussions on topics like stress management, gratitude, friendship, or self-esteem.
- Storytelling: Encourage members to share personal stories, either real or fictional, that relate to emotional experiences.
